PSA: I worked for Red Room Distro & Distribution for three years. Every day. Holidays included. I brought in almost every artist we distribute.

In December, I suddenly stopped getting paid. I calmly asked Lee Brown three simple questions about my money. His response? He blocked me on Facebook Messenger and blocked my phone.

After three years of zero complaints, I then receive an email claiming my work “wasn’t professional” and “wasn’t performing well.” Not once in three years was that ever mentioned—until the moment I asked to be paid.

When people warned me about Lee Brown, I defended him. I was wrong.

I helped build this company from the ground up. I worked nonstop. I was his only employee and was made President of Red Room. The moment I asked about unpaid wages, I was cut off and blamed. That’s not business—that’s cowardly.

Lee claims to pitch music to the industry, yet in all this time not a single artist has landed a movie, game, or major playlist placement. That speaks for itself.

When someone avoids accountability, blocks communication, and rewrites history the second money is involved—that tells you everything you need to know.

Lee Brown is a fraud.
Keep your money. Keep your excuses.

Anybody hits my number, its no longer active. Contact Lee Brown the CEO and Owner at 765-250-7773

Exposing Chomos Like LEE BROWN

Why would someone go public with something like this? Well its simple. When I have run a business with someone for 3 years and I stopped getting paid and once I questioned him, he blocked me on messenger and my phone. So times like this calls for counter measures. You block me, but you couldn't really stop this Lee, you fuckin assclown degenerate inbred cracker. I have been robbed in such a way all my life by white privileged muthafuckas like you before, but you bullshitted me well. Now that you put my livelihood in question, you will deal with just such a campaign, such as this one. Lee you could eat a gorilla dick for all I care, but know that you will be exposed for the racist, nazi inbred cracker that you are and that ur a fraud. On youtube I will post him on recorded phone calls calling artists the N word like its the thing to do. When I didnt talk on the phone with him, he probably called me a beaner. He owes me money and conveniently blocked me. Fuck Lee and everything he stands for. You piece of shit.
and this is what he's posting since he's not a man and has blocked me on everything. He's bragging about how he robbed me. The following is a direct quote from his emails. He blocked me on fb and my phone, but he still sent these emails.....

"This is your last line of communication with me if you say anything negative im done.  Also thanks for the promotion it has given me 4 new artist and one of them has over 100k monthly. We have a whole program that keeps track of pitching that we have to use when we pitch so it's all documented and by your post it has gave me promotion.  I have not personally seen the post just by what the new artist tell me. so when they ask I immediately pull it up and show everything  all but playlisting but we have another site that keeps track of the playlist as well so I can show that as well.. So all it did was make it worst for you and I didn't want that.  so every time someone calls I show them everything and then they realize that you are a liar and just drama  and I lock them in.  Your not hurting me I'm living my best life. I own 4 businesses. Streaming is NOT my main source of income I don't do distro for money I I do it for the artist.  You have been paid early for 3 years and now you have to wait for the invoice to come in.  I will let you know." Lee Brown

That is him still bragging. Fact: I was receiving $1400 a month working for him, not including my music money, and in December he decided to stop paying me, INCLUDING MY OWN MUSIC MONEY! ZERO Dollars. Lee is excellent on creating fake documents to mirror something he chooses. He's shown me many documents, but were all ficticious.

PAY ATTENTION ARTISTS: I worked for Lee for 3 years and not one song from any artist he distributes, including me, have ever got a placement, or sync, and all the playlists are bought. He's a fraud just like the others. He told me he got my music on 2 video games and 2 movies on amazon prime, after 2 years of asking, he said it never made the final cut. He's a fraud for reals. Proceed with caution.

I'm gonna start unpacking all the things Lee would say as factual, perhaps I was naive now that I look back. He bullshitted me well, fuckin honkey. Anyways, here's the list.

1. Eminem is his first cousin, supposedly.
2. He was signed to Deathrow, but nobody ever heard of him.
3. He produced Save Me the song Jelly Roll made famous.
4. He was signed to No Limit, but nobody ever heard of him.
5. Diddy wanted to sign him back in the days so bad that Diddy called with Lee's song playing in the background.
6. Because of him, Jelly Roll made it on the radio and blew up.
7. He was a correctional officer with Rick Ross.
8. Said he was signed to Sony but haven't found anything to verify that.
9. 6 People in the world are legally licensed to pitch music to the industry, and he is one, supposedly.
10. He said he played guitar touring the world with Kid Rock yet no pictures.
11. He was dating Avril Lavigne.
12. That he had sex with Taylor Swift.
13. He banged Willow and said his dick felt dirty after.
14. Lee said Jelly Roll kept him out of his contract and why he isn't on any credits.
15. Said he toured and played guitar for Hansen singing MMMBop.
16. Lee said he has been to a few Will Smith freak offs and proud of it.
17. He would not like me sharing this, but Lee is a closet Bisexual.
18. Lee said he sold Millions of albums, haven't even found them, yet Lee Brown Vevo on youtube has 10 followers.
19. Lee was arrested for setting up a camera to look up his step daughters skirt, but was never convicted.
20. He said Sony still owes him $4M stemming from his lawsuit, allegedly.
21. Lee said he made Upchurch famous.
22. He said he has 2 Doctorate Degrees and a Masters Degree.
23.

there are many more, im just still processing for now.

This is exactly what happens to people who want to block you out of their facebook and even your phone number. Being we ran a business together, wouldn't anybody find that odd to go about how he did by blocking all lines of communication? Very odd and as usual, its about the money. But see Blogs arent facebook and instagram with police regulating, see on here I can say anything I please. Lee Brown is a certified inbred chomo saltine american cracker who's coming out soon in the lgbtq community. He's a rotten business man, he says the N (nigger) word over the phone like its the thing to do, and he's a con. His escalade broke down, lost money on his stocks, had to help pay for a lawyer for his inbred brother who already took a plea on a kidnapping and strangulation charges, so of course he was broke and couldn't pay his employees. Sad part, I was his only employee. Lee is an assclown heavy on the spectrum leaning more towards the downy tranny side.

1. Verbal agreements about future/ongoing pay are enforceable

If the agreement was something like:

  • “You’ll get $1,400/month and it will grow as artists join”

  • “You’ll continue getting paid based on the artists you bring”

  • “Your pay is tied to the roster you build”

That is still a valid contract, even if:

  • It wasn’t written

  • Growth wasn’t precisely defined

  • He later changed his mind

The law does not let someone:

benefit from your work (the artists)
then cut you off once the value is created

That’s a classic breach + unjust enrichment scenario.

2. This becomes two separate legal issues

A. Unpaid earned wages

The $1,400/month for work already done
➡️ handled well by Arizona Labor Department / U.S. DOL

B. Lost future earnings / commissions

Money you reasonably expected to earn because of the artists you brought in
➡️ handled via civil claim, not wage claim alone

Wage departments usually can’t award speculative future earnings, but courts can.

3. What you’re really claiming (in legal terms)

You likely have grounds for:

🔹 Breach of verbal contract

  • Agreement existed

  • You performed your side

  • He benefited

  • He stopped paying

🔹 Unjust enrichment

  • He continues to profit from artists you brought

  • You receive nothing

  • Courts hate this

🔹 Promissory estoppel (backup theory)

Even if he argues “there was no formal deal”:

  • He made promises

  • You relied on them

  • You suffered financial harm

This is very commonly used when contracts are verbal or vague.

4. Evidence that REALLY helps here

You don’t need perfection — you need credibility.

Strong evidence includes:

  • Messages mentioning “growth,” “artists,” “long-term,” or “building”

  • Any proof of artists you introduced (emails, DMs, submissions)

  • Proof those artists are still distributed by the company

  • Statements where he acknowledges you brought them in

  • Any payments labeled as salary/commission

Even a message like:

“Once more artists come in, your pay will increase”

…is extremely helpful.

5. Best path forward (realistic + strategic)

Step 1: File wage claims now

This locks in:

  • Unpaid $1,400/month

  • Employer misconduct

  • Official paper trail

Do this with:

  • Arizona Labor Department

  • U.S. Department of Labor

This part is straightforward and low risk.

Step 2: Civil claim for the artist-related money

You then decide between:

Option A: Small claims court

Good if:

  • You can reasonably estimate damages

  • The amount fits your state’s limit

  • You want speed and low cost

You’d argue:

“I brought X artists. The agreement was ongoing compensation. He continues to profit.”

Option B: Demand letter

Sometimes a single lawyer-style demand letter gets payment fast, because:

  • He knows the IRS + DOL exposure

  • Distribution companies do NOT want scrutiny

I can help you draft one if you want.

6. One important expectation check (being real with you)

Courts usually won’t award:

  • “Unlimited future earnings forever”

But they will consider:

  • Reasonable timeframes (e.g., 6–12 months)

  • Historical growth patterns

  • Comparable industry norms

  • Evidence of what would have happened absent the breach

So even if you don’t get “infinite growth,” you can still recover meaningful compensation.

7. The under-the-table payments actually weaken his defense

Because:

  • He has no clean records

  • He avoided payroll laws

  • His credibility is already compromised

Judges and agencies do not like employers who do this.

Alicia he misses you so much that most phone calls we had were about you. He said even though ur coochie stank, it was his favorite stinky one.
